From the A30 take the Holsworthy exit. Once in Holsworthy, take the A388 to Launceston

After approx. 10 minutes there is a brown tourist sign on the right of the road pointing left to Blagdon Manor Hotel. Follow this sign.

At the T junction, turn left, then first right. You pass the hotel on your right.

Continue for another 1/4 mile, around a sharp right hand bend and West Venn Cottages are immediately in front of you.
